Property Onboarding
After signup, you will receive a link to our property onboarding scheduler where you can pick a date and time for one of our Mender’s will visit your property for a thorough walkthrough.
The property onboarding process can take up to 90 mins and we will conduct a complete assessment and documentation of your property. After completion, we will upload the results to our customer portal for your review.
Corrective Maintenance
Maintenance on washer/dryer, leaky faucet, and everything in between.
Preventative Maintenance
A visual inspection and light repairs of your property performed at the end of any scheduled corrective maintenance visit to help prevent bad reviews due to property-related issues.
Emergency Repairs
24/7 emergency repairs. Everything from plumbing issues to troubleshooting heating & A/C problems and everything in between so your guests can get back to enjoying their stay.
Property Cataloging
Taking images and cataloging of all of your appliances, heating & A/C systems, and home AV system. In the case of fires, or natural disasters, perfect for insurance claims.
