• This week, had a guest call because the fridge was leaking. My plumber used to charge a min $160 for a service call like this. Instead, because I have my monthly service with MendBnb, I called Thomas Mills and he was there within 15 mins. Said “leak” ended up being the guests water jug (don’t ask). Luckily, I didn’t have to pay $160 to find that out. Bonus: the guest went on about how sorry she was and how nice Thomas was about the whole situation!
• This time of year, I’d normally be scheduling HVAC people, plumbers and “hubby the handyman” and having to block off multiple days for these things for our quarterly maintenance. Instead, I go online, schedule my quarterly maintenance with MendBnB and they do it all – included in my regular monthly service fee- and I don’t need to worry about blocking off multiple dates, coordinating multiple contractors and paying various people. They even had stuff on their list they do that I never had thought to do. Oops.
If you have not considered this service for your rental, I would highly recommend doing so. Not only is it ease, I guarantee this time next year when I do an analysis, it will show thousands in savings on maintenance. Additionally, it’s always nice to work with someone like Thomas Mills who I fully trust to be around my properties and interact with our guests! To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement.
